My Top Skin Care Tips for All-Natural Home-Facial: In Six Steps

Doing facial at home may seem like a hassle, but it is not if done the right way. I do home facials most of the time and if it is done with all natural products, my skin becomes really happy! Now, today I am going to share my own all-natural home facial procedure that you can do anytime at home without any worry!

Steps for Home-Facial:

First, you need to clean your face. There are a lot of ingredients right from your kitchen or garden that can help you clean your face. The most effective, would be besan (gram flour). Take two tablespoons of besan and mix it with two teaspoon of water. Apply the paste on your face and neck rub it gently and wash off with plain water. If you have dry skin, you can use milk instead of water to make the paste.
Besan has very good clearing agent in it which will clean your face from oil, dirt and impurities. You can replace your face wash with besan for everyday use if you want a chemical free skin care.

Second, scrubbing. You can use either of these two ingredients, rice powder or oats. Rice powder being a bit strong scrubber and oats, mild. If you have pimples and rashes, I would suggest you to use oats.
Take two tablespoons of oats and soak it in water or milk or curd for 10 minutes. Now, take the paste in your fingers and gently rub it on your skin. Continue scrubbing for 15 minutes.
For rice powder, take 2 tablespoons of rice powder and mix it with one tablespoon curd. Gently rub it on your skin using your fingertips for 15 minutes and wash it off.
If you want smooth skin, use these natural scrubs everyday before bath. Your skin will become super smooth and blackhead-free.

Third, steaming. Steaming helps in clearing the pores. For steaming your face, boil two mugs of water in a pot or saucepan for 20 minutes. Then, take a towel and bring your face above the pan, 5 inches away from it, cover your face and head with the towel. If you feel suffocating or too hot, open your towel for a few seconds and continue again. Do this for 10-15 minutes.
Steaming can be dangerous if not done in a proper way. Do as I suggested above only. Never scrub your face after steaming, as our skin become very vulnerable after steaming. Pat dry your skin or gently dab your towel. Also, do not overdo it, keep an eye on the clock.

Fourth, face pack. Face packs should be different according to skin types. 

Oily Skin to Normal Skin: Take one tablespoon curd and one pinch of turmeric powder. Mix well and apply it on the skin. Keep it for 15 minutes and wash off with plain water.

Dry Skin: Take two tablespoons of milk, one tablespoon curd and two teaspoons of honey. Mix it well and apply the paste on the skin, keep it for 20 minutes and wash it off with water.

Fifth,toning. Toning is very essential for closing the pores, and tone up the skin. For oily to normal skin, use home made toner. And for dry skin, use milk. Apply milk and just blot it with a facial tissue paper.
Tired of your acne spots? Use this homemade toner every day after washing your face.



Sixth, moisturizing. Use fresh or refrigerated aloe vera gel. Aloe vera gel will reduce pimple and clear tan and spots while keeping your skin moisturized. Massage your skin with aloe vera gel until it is absorbed totally into the skin.
If you have acne-prone skin or tanned skin, use aloe vera gel everyday.
