Tan Removal Tips From Your Kitchen:

We all at some point rely on natural things and when chemicals and store-bought products go all wrong, we show our loyalty to the power of nature. I actually trust on natural power all the time, and thus I currently have all sorts of solutions for any problem right from the nature! Sometimes, when people ask me for advice what to use and what not to, they seem really unsure about it, but once they try it, they come back with even more problems for solutions. I guess, natural solutions are quite the best!
Anyways, since it is sunny summer time and most of Indian skin tone tends to get tanned very quickly and badly too. I can speak for myself here, as I have the worst cases ever. I get tanned like in minutes and they were really stubborn when to get rid of it. So, I ended up trying and experimenting many things, and finally I have the solution my dear!

First of all, precaution is better than cure, so use a good sunscreen lotion/cream/gel whatever suits you best. Keep in mind, no matter how expensive or how much powerful your sunscreen is, always reapply after every 4-5 hours (especially if you sweat a lot). Keep an umbrella with you always, and avoid standing right under sun for long period, it will damage your skin tone as well as make you sick (sun stroke!). Wear comfortable cotton clothes and a pair of sunglasses with UV protector.

Yogurt: Yogurt is known as natural bleach. Don't be alarmed to the word bleach, yogurt is 100% natural and safe to use on skin (you eat it for God's sake :P)!
Mix 2 tablespoon yogurt with 1 teaspoon honey. Apply it all over your face, neck and hands or any other exposed area. Leave it for as long as you can, be it 1 hour or 2 hour, there is practically no harm in that. And also, keeping it longer on your skin will only do good your skin tone. Then, wash it off with a mild face wash. Using this pack everyday before bath will clear your tan and brighten up your complexion.

Turmeric: Tumeric is a very popular spice in India or Aisan countries. Raw turmeric is very good for skin. If you cannot find raw turmeric, you can use turmeric powder (not any, as turmeric powder is also used for cooking, they might not be good for using on skin).
Take one tablespoon of turmeric paste and add one tablespoon yogurt in it. Mix it well and apply it on to your desired area. In case of turmeric power, add 1 and half tablespoon turmeric power with yogurt. Keep it for 15 minutes and wash off with plain water. Use this pack 2-3 times a week.
While working with turmeric, do not wear or be near white clothes, it will stain badly.
Turmeric will help you get a even tones skin after regular use.

Aloe Vera: Aloe Vera is a plant and its leaves are very much useful for skin and hair care and even for health. Keep an aloe Vera plant in your house and every time you come home, apply its gel.
If you have sensitive skin, do not apply the gel directly, keep the leaves in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 days and then apply it directly on the skin with a circular motion of massaging. After massing the gel, leave it for at least 30 minutes and then wash it off with plain water.
Aloe Vera will clear your tans and give you a soft skin every time. It will also work on your pimples or rashes and will give you a clear skin.

Lemon: Lemon is also known as natural bleach. It is also very easily available from the kitchen.
Take half a lemon and squeeze out its juice in a bowl. Mix 2 teaspoons of besan or gram flour in it and also add a few drops of honey. Mix it all together and apply it on the face and neck.
Keep it for 20 minutes and wash off with plain water. Use this pack 2 times a week.
This pack will help you clear out your tan and give you a clear skin after regular use.
