Fruit Masks to Get Glowing Skin in Summer:

Summer gives us various yummy and juicy fruits that we all love to eat. There is one saying that everything mother nature gives us is useful in many ways (I don't know if it a saying or I just made it up, maybe I heard it!) Anyways, so in this hot season, our face needs a little bit cooling and refreshing treatment to make us look fresh and glowing. Today, I will be sharing a few fruit masks recipe that you can try at home.

Fruit Masks Recipes for Glowing Skin:

Mango Treat: Mangoes are the yummiest according to my taste buds. It can also be beneficial for your skin. Take a ripe mango and scrape out its pulp. Mix olive oil with the mango pulp and apply it on the skin. Massage it for 5 minutes and let it sit on the skin for 10 minutes. Then wash off with lukewarm water.
Mangoes are high in hydration power and it also helps in detoxification. It will provide instant freshness and suppleness to your skin.

Banana Mania: Take a ripe banana and mash it. Add one teaspoon honey in it and mix well. Apply it all over your skin and leave it for 15 minutes. Before washing off, massage it for one minute and then wash off with lukewarm water.
Banana is very good for skin and hair too. It will contribute in healthier skin and honey will help in lightening the skin.

Papaya Pack: Papaya is very good for skin whether you apply it as mask or consume it. Take out 4-5 tablespoons of ripe papaya pulp and mix it with little bit of flour. Apply the thick paste on the skin and let it dry.Wash it off with lukewarm water after 15-20 minutes.
To get a boost of freshness in your skin, try this mask. Using only mashed papaya will also help to regain that refreshing look for your skin.

Tomato Therapy: Take one small or half tomato and squeeze out its pulp. Add one tablespoon milk powder and a few drops of honey in it. Mix it well and apply it on the skin. Wash off with lukewarm water after 15 minutes.
To lighten tan, this mask will be very apt. Use this mask every alternate days to fight sun tan easily.

Watermelon Mask: Cut a watermelon and make into cubes. Now, take the cube and start rubbing it in circular movements on your face and neck. After doing this repeatedly, sit for 15 minutes, and then wash with plain water. You face will be cooler than ever and this will bring the much needed freshness that might be lost due to severe sun tan.
Watermelon makes our skin very soft and supple instantly. Before going out in the evening, use this mask to look fresh. This will provide hydration and freshness that might be lacking in the day time and give you that perfect look with a little bit of touch ups.

Cooling Cucumbers: Take half a cucumber and grate it. Now, squeeze out its juice and add one tablespoon flour and one teaspoon lemon juice. Now, mix it well and apply it on the exposed or tanned areas of your face and body. Let it sit for 15 minutes and wash off with lukewarm water.
Cucumber gives our skin the cooling effect while, lemon and flour will help to lighten the tan on the skin. Using this pack everyday after getting home, will be very good for your skin as it will keep it tan-free and healthy.

These are all summer fruits that can be used for skin also. And by no means I am trying to state that applying it on the skin will be better than consuming it. You need to consume fruits, especially the juicy ones which can provide hydration for your body. After all, healthy body always bring healthy skin.
Use these fruit masks after getting home to cool down the temperature of your face and these will also be good for treating sun tan.
