Oatmeal Clearing Scrub: Do-It-Yourself


Hello everyone!
I am using oats for my face and also for my healthy breakfast for the past one year or more and I am so happy with the results that I have no plans to change it. Do you want a scrub that will clear all your tans and your acnes or acne scars; then you might want to spend a few minutes reading this article. Today, I am going to share my oats scrub recipe that worked for me really well every single time.

Things You Will Need:
  • Uncooked oats.
  • Homemade yoghurt.
  • Honey.

To Use: Take two tablespoons of uncooked oats and add one and half tablespoons of homemade yoghurt. Let it soak for at least 20 minutes. Then add one teaspoon honey and mix well. Now, apply this mixture on face liberally and leave it for minimum 30 minutes. Then, gently scrub your face for another 5 minutes and wash with plain water. If you have oily skin, wash it with mild face wash.

Benefits of This Scrub: Oats are great for exfoliation, we all know that. The special thing about this scrub is that in it, I have used uncooked oats; it is said that the white coating on uncooked oats are great for skin. Oats are also great for curing allergies or acnes. On the other hand, yoghurt and honey works amazing as skin whitening or tan removing. Using this scrub daily will get you that perfect flawless skin in just few days.
